Life I Counseling

Hello, I'm Fei (Fay) Li (Lee), 李菲, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio, providing counseling services in both Mandarin Chinese and English. With more than ten years of experience in the mental health field, I support adults through life transitions, including early career development, parenthood, immigrant-related stress and grief, cultural adjustment, and intergenerational family conflict. My approach is strengths-based, culturally responsive, and mindfulness-informed. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches based on each client's unique needs and goals. In addition to my professional experience, I am a mother of three children and have personally navigated cultural adjustment, parenting, and balancing multiple roles and responsibilities.
